Cancellation periods are established in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights. This means that the customer may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the order; the customer is responsible for returning the product and bearing the associated return costs, provided the product is in its original condition. These conditions apply to private customers (end consumers) and not to businesses. The customer must cancel the order immediately if they wish to do so.
